Because our studio is by-appointment-only, it makes it really easy to limit the amount of people, and manage our space safely.
Keeping You Safe
At Desire Images, we understand your concerns about the current situation surrounding COVID-19. We can confirm to date, there have been no reported cases of COVID-19 at the studio and none of our clients, family, staff, contractors or anyone we have been in contact with has reported any symptoms or illness. If this was to change, our policy is to close the studio and complying with measures recommended by the Department of Health.
We can confirm that our business is complying with measures recommended by the Department of Health and we are also taking every necessary precaution that we can to ensure the health and safety of all our clients.
These include but are not limited to:
- All areas in and around the studio are cleaned and disinfected throughout the day and after each appointment. These areas include washrooms, handrails, door handles, countertops and seating areas.
- We are providing hand sanitising for all clients entering the studio, this includes ourselves and any staff on duty.
- We are requesting that any of our future clients/bookings who are experiencing symptoms or have been in contact with anyone experiencing symptoms to postpone their appointment to a future date. There will be no penalties associated with these reschedules.
Extra steps will be introduced depending on the severity of the situation or upon advice by the Department of Health.
